Therapy should be an empowering experience where you can be honest about who you are and who you want to be, and I hope to provide that to you. Therapy for me has always been a safe place to be honest about who I am and who I want to be. I hope to bring that same experience into my sessions for you.
Therapy can be the helping hand to reaching your goals, exploring real self care, and reaching new heights of understanding who you are.
I have worked with individuals and couples resolving issues and empowering change for trauma recovery, life transitions, depression, anxiety, existential crises, identity struggles, relationship co-regulation, sexual lifestyles, and more.
My counseling style is direct and inquisitive but I do like to keep things light hearted in session if possible. You will always be treated carefully and with awareness to your needs and desires as an individual. Every person is different, and therefore, our sessions will be catered to who you are and what is going to work best for you. I welcome individuals of all walks of life and hold a non-judgmental and empathetic space for all people to safely and comfortably explore who they are and what they need.
Counseling under my care is person-centered, holistic, and will strive to bring you balance and peace. Together, we will work so you can self-regulate, and become mindful of your wants and needs, and gain confidence. My goal is to help you be the best version of yourself so you can leave therapy happy with who you are and confident in your continuing growth and future goals.
I am most likely at home with my partner and dogs, Nugget and Clover. I can typically be found playing board games, running D&D, painting, cooking, inventing new cocktails, or maintaining my aquariums. I love having people over and introducing them to new nerdy mediums or creative outlets. I love going out to find the secrets that Austin has to offer and exploring new places and activities with my partner.
